Sailor Iron Mouse

Sailor Iron Mouse was the first animate the Sailor Scouts met when Sailor Galaxia and her servants came to Earth.

There are two things wrong in that sentence.  Not one character in the anime and manga is called an “animate.”  Sailor Iron Mouse and the others are called the Sailor Anima-Mates, which can also be written Sailor Animamates or Sailor Anima Mates.  The group name is written in Japanese.

Although Mixx’s adaptation of the Bishjo Senshi Sr Mn manga has been released, the English-language dub of the Sailor Stars anime has not been shown.  It is still not safe use the dub name Sailor Scout when referring to Sailor Iron Mouse and her associates in the anime.  That term is used inappropriately many times throughout the Tomb’s sections.

Iron Mouse, as a human, went by the name Chuuko Nezu(chuu meaning to squeak,-ko meaning child, and nezu short for nezumi, meaning rat/mouse)

The human name that is given here is correct, but the translation of the name is wrong.  According to Hitoshi Doi’s site the Japanese write the name as .  The kanji means root, and it represents the sound ne.  The kanji represents the sound zu, and it means haven.  Those two kanji come together to represent the surname Nezu ().  The personal name Chko comprises the kanji .  The first one () means mid-air, and it represents the sound ch.  The second kanji () means child, and it represents the sound ko.

The surname Nezu () sounds like an abbreviation of the Japanese word for mouse, nezumi .  The personal name Chko () sounds like an abbreviation for the Japanese word that describes a mouse squeek, ch ch .

Mouse did figure out that the Starlights were Sailor Senshi

The author used the name Sailor Scout earlier, and here she used Sailor Senshi.  Since the English-language dub of the Sailor Stars season of the anime has not been shown yet, the characters in it are still the Sailor Senshi, not the Sailor Scouts.

She almost got the Sailor Starfighter's starseed, but Sailor Galaxia became impatient with Mouse's failures ( in the untimely way boss villians do) took away her bracelets, and killed Mouse :(.

Even though the second paragraph this section starts out by saying that it will deal with the manga information, it may be difficult for some fans to understand that the first paragraph deals mostly with information from the anime.

She sensed the Starlights at their concert, and attacked, blasting the scouts and audience with her Galatica Crunch.

Sailor Iron Mouse’s special maneuver in the manga is called Galactica Crunch ().  The author misspelled Galactica in several sections of the Tomb.

She had the starseed of Sailor Chuu.

In the manga, the members of the Shadow Galactica are not interested in normal starseeds.  They are specifically concerned with the Sailor Crystals.
