There is no way it is “100% correct on the facts” because, for one thing, the person who wrote it used fan-created terms like “Inner Senshi.”

When she wandered out of the bar she encountered the shrouded Sailor Chaos spirit,

Specifically, she meets Wiseman, not a “Sailor Chaos spirit.”

Wiseman does no such thing.  He tells Galaxia that the stars of the galaxy are born at the Zero Star of Sagittarius, which is at the center of the galaxy.

This, in fact, was Sailor Chaos's desire, but she required the four most powerful starseeds to do it, those starseeds being her own Chaos seed (entropy), Sailor Galaxia ("The light hope"), Sailor Kinmoku(stars and souls), and Sailor Moon(love).

This is little more than a convoluted medley of anime information, manga information, and things that the author made up.  Although Sailor Galaxia is interested in taking all the Sailor Crystals, she also tells us that her own Saffer () Crystal (saffer is an old English spelling of sapphire) and Sailor Moon’s crystal are the two that interest her the most.

The Chaos Seed is never said to have anything to do with entropy.  The Light of Hope appears only in the anime.  There is no “Sailor Kinmoku” mentioned in the anime or manga.  Princess Kaky becomes Sailor Kaky in the manga, and her Sailor Crystal is never associated with stars and souls.  Love is not the only thing Sailor Moon’s crystal represents.  It is supposedly the strongest one in the galaxy!

Galaxia agreed to the offer, not knowing that chaos would gradually posess her in the bargain.

Sailor Galaxia may be under the influence of Chaos in the manga, Chaos never possesses her in that continuity.

Sailor Galaxia’s Saffer Crystal appears to be her Sailor Crystal, but Chaos never takes it in the manga.

Sailor Galaxia as her sailor self looks like the armored Spartan warrior seen in the anime.

The armor that Sailor Galaxia wears does not look like the armor that the ancient Spartans wore.  Since when did the Spartans wear completely gold armor?  There are no armored Spartan warriors in the anime or manga.

She had two attacks in the Manga, the Galatica Super String and the Galactica Inflation

Her special maneuvers are called Galactica Super String and Galactica Inflation.

All the star seeds she collected she stored in her Great Sapphire Crystal at Shadow Galactica.

Since when?  Galaxia, Phi, and Chi keep the Sailor Crystals in their Garden Crystals.
