She can only be found in the Materials Collection, Art Book 6, of Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon.

She also appears in the first Nayakashi Anime Album for the first anime season. I knew of her existence ever since I bought that book
in 1995!

The side notes besides her picture read that she was supposed to help the Sailor Senshi in the first series (Negaverse).

Why are the names Sailor Senshi and Negaverse in the same sentence? Why would the Materials Collection mention the dub name “Negaverse”?
