Sailor Chaos

The name Sailor Chaos does not appear in the anime.  Sailor Galaxia is still called Sailor Galaxia even when her suit turns dark.  In the manga, Sailor Cosmos mentions Sailor Chaos, but we see one small picture of that evil sailor soldier.

Sailor Chaos, Senshi of Destruction.

The capitalized letters in “Senshi of Destruction” suggest that the author is claiming that it is a proper epithet of Sailor Chaos.  Sailor Chaos has no such epithet.  In the manga, Sailor Galaxia is called the hakai no senshi, which means soldier of destruction.

In the Anime, this title was treated as though Chaos and Galaxia were one in the same, but they are actually separate beings.

The title is not treated as though Chaos and Galaxia are one in the same in the anime because the title (Sailor Chaos) is not mentioned in that continuity!

In the Manga, Chaos, on her own, looked a lot like the Wiseman.

Chaos is not said to be either male or female.  The hooded figure whom Sailor Galaxia meets in volume seventeen is Wiseman!  That same hooded figure can be seen in the fifth Original Picture Collection’s All Character section.  In that section, the figure is called Wiseman ().

Sailor Chaos was the last starseed to be born of the Galaxy Cauldron.

The characters in the manga never state such a thing.  Chaos (not Sailor Chaos) does say, “I am Chaos. The one who missed becoming a star. And the ruler of this Cauldron's stars of darkness.”  That is a far cry from “Sailor Chaos was the last starseed to be born of the Galaxy Cauldron.”

Instead of a planet being born of its starseed, a sun was born, so Sailor Chaos can also be considered Sailor Sun.

This is a ridiculous leap in logic.  Chaos explicitly says that it “missed becoming a star,” and Sailor Chaos is never said to be associated with a star.  In the English language, when the first letter in Sun is capitalized, the name refers to the star around which Earth revolves.  Even if a sun were born, there is no way that Sailor Chaos could be Sailor Sun.  The Sun is not the only sun (star) in our galaxy!

Realizing she was destined for better things, that she could change this trashy galaxy

Chaos and Chaos never talk about a “trashy galaxy.”  In the manga, only Sailor Galaxia talks about stars and planets being trash.

if she had the power four great starseeds to become the Ultimate Senshi,

This is completely wrong.  Sailor Galaxia, not Sailor Chaos or Chaos, talks about her destructive Saffer Crystal (not “Sapphire Crystal”) and Sailor Moon’s crystal.  That is two crystals, not four.  “Ultimate Senshi” never appears in the manga.

Chaos ran wild, and split into four powerful entities of evil:

Chaos does not “ran wild, and split into four powerful entites of evil.”  Chaos says that Metaria and the others “were all alter selves” of it.

Nemesis

The author should have said Death Fantom.  Death Fantom does not become one with Nemesis until later in its history.

Neherina/Zirconia

In the manga, there is a list of the different forms of Chaos.  Zirconia is not on that list.  How could somebody get “Neherina” out of Nehellenia or Neherenia?

that caused the Sailor Soldiers to fight among themselves, causing the Sailor Wars.

Nobody in the manga states that Chaos’ supposed splitting into “four powerful entites of evil” has anything to do with the supposed Sailor Wars.

Sailor Galaxia accepted the spirit of Chaos within her own body in an attempt to gain power, but instead Chaos possessed Galaxia

This seems to be a twisted retelling of what happens in the anime.  In the anime, Sailor Galaxia takes Chaos into her body (and releases her starseed), but in the manga, Sailor Galaxia merely decides to work with Chaos.

In the end, Sailor Moon freed Sailor Galaxia of the Chaos spirit,(which killed Galaxia;freeing her, nonetheless)

The author does not specify whether this information pertains to the anime or manga.  The last sentence in the first paragraph mentions the anime, so the first sentence in the second paragraph seems to be referring to the anime.  Galaxia does not die in the anime!

Chaos was returned to its rightful spot - inside the hearts of everyone.

This is something that happens only in the anime.  In the manga, the power of Sailor Moon and the Sailor Crystals do not manage to eliminate Chaos.  Instead, Chaos and its various forms become too small inside the Cauldron to be found.  Guardian Cosmos says that Chaos and its forms may be born again.
