October News Bits
I wish I had more to update with in the last month or two but there's sadly
been almost no news to discuss in the Sailor Moon world. If something did
happen, we'd have news and translations up right away but...
Anyway they
did update at
Sailor Moon Channel
not too long ago; if you're wondering what it says on the top page it says
the following:
Just like that, summer's already over. We were only able to do half of
the many things we wanted to get done, and so we're pushing ourselves; we've
resolved to put together a list of things we want to get done in the fall.
We're a bit late with this but the fortune telling page is finally up. We
put our all into making it, so please play around with the page.
No news from Takeuchi it seems, just a few words by the people
maintaining the site. If you play around with the Sailor Moon box feature
you'll find the fortune telling page; they've also recently added "Make up
items" and "Prism Channel Act 7" to it.
Those of us who are fans of the Sailor Moon dub will want to check out
this
update on the SOS Mailing List, which has a very detailed look at
what all the dub voice actors are up to these days. It's quite thorough and
I highly recommend giving that update a read.
Lastly, Warriors of Legend: Reflections of Japan's Third Edition
is finally ready. It took a lot longer to prepare (and cost more money -_-;
boy it'd be nice if we could even break even with this book) than I expected
but I'm happy with the result. Basically, we fixed a bunch of grammatical
mistakes and whatever minor errata were missed with second edition, and
changed a few of the pictures to better angles. (The benefit of this kind of
publishing is that if you get a shot you like better later on, you can
replace it.) Unless we find a major mistake, this is the penultimate
edition. There'll be a full list of what was edited up at
warriorsoflegend.com tomorrow.
