News Update
I'm sorry for the lack of updates recently. I've become preoccupied with a
number of personal matters. In a few days I'll write on what's going to
happen here soon, as I'll be moving to Tokyo in a little over a week. In the
meantime, this update is a slight continuation of the one from September
16th.
First off, regarding Godzilla Wars, I'd like to thank everyone who
sent us in e-mails with translation help and comments. We really appreciate
it. I'm always overwhelmed by your generosity and willingness to contribute.
General consensus from those who commented on the French blog was that it
was Keiko. We remained unsure. Thankfully, yajiuma has
cleared it up for us. Goes to show that you should never instinctively
trust what you read on the internet. (Or at least, on a French language blog.)
Of course, that counts for here too, although we always try to double-check
before reporting anything.
Secondly, we've put out a new set of WoL banner ads. The set theme is
quotes on the book. I'll update on the WoL homepage soon, but here is the
first bunch, which focuses on quotes from organizations/websites. Second
batch will be fan quotes.
If you want to help us advertise (believe me, people DO see the banners
on individual homepages or forum threads they come across and learn about
the book) please do use these at your website or wherever you'd like. As
with our other ad sets, they are hotlinkable. (If you run into a problem,
tell us.)
Another new "Minako's Deep Thoughts" comic is coming soon!
P.S. In rewatching the episode of SMS where Chibiusa returns for
training, I thought it'd have been far more amusing if the following
conversation took place:
Usagi: No! It can't be! I just sent you back to the future!
Chibiusa: You did, oh, I know, you did send me back to the future,
but I'm back - I'm back FROM the future.
Usagi: Great Scott!
