Toei has finally put up a release schedule for the rest of the Sailor
Moon anime DVDs through the Stars season. The page is
here. Not
only are all the seasons coming out with boxsets, but it appears that the
movies will be individually re-released too.
R season
Volumes 1 (episodes 47-52) and 2 (53-58) will be
released on 9/21/2004.
Volumes 3 (59-64) and 4 (65-69) on 10/21/2004.
Volumes 5 (70-74) and 6 (75-79) on 11/21/2004.
Volumes 7 (80-84) and 8 (85-89) on 12/10/2004. R
move re-released on this date too.
Bonuses:
Mini-notes.

S season
Volumes 1 (90-95) and 2 (96-101) on 1/21/2005.

All DVDs are 3800 yen a piece, and it states that the boxes are limited editions that come with the first versions of the DVDs sold. Interesting that they're including the
special with SuperS volume 1; I hope that's all three 'episodes' of it.
Years ago Toei also had plans posted on the net to release the series
through Stars, but stopped after the first season. In hindsight, it was
presumably because they wanted to focus on the live action version. Now
they've gotten back on track and Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon
will be coming out on R2 DVD through 2005.
