Live Action Sailor Moon update (Full preview for Act 38)

If you think he popped on in Act 36 imagine what the camera's not showing in this scene.

The HICBC preview and the Toei preview for Act 38.

Exactly what happened in her previous existence was finally revealed by Princess Sailor Moon's very own lips. Luna and the senshi cannot easily get over something like this.

Meanwhile, having heard from Queen Beryl the truth, Mamoru strengthens his resolve.

Now Toei. Be sure to view the photos along with the text.

Top left:

"I destroyed the planet...."

With these words, Princess Sailor Moon disappears once again.
Inside her heart, she is facing off against "Usagi" but...

To the right, in the box with Princess Sailor Moon looking toward the horizon:

"The Princess' existence is surely call for calamity to this planet!"

The truth has slowly come to light. This planet may be at its end, having begun its walk on the path toward destruction.

How can the Princess, and Usagi-chan, prevent their own fate? [They're not saying "their" as though they are referencing two people. The proper translation would be "her own fate" however 'their' in this context is more appropriate English.]

Box below that, Mamoru and the Shitennou in a cool shot:

Could Mamoru be the one holding the key now...

With that said, even though Mamoru has stood firm, his reliable Shitennou are full of worries and vacancies. ['worries' = 'disturbing elements,' actually]

Being the leader of others can be a big problem.
And that missing member who's wandering the earth... where has Nephrite gone!?

Box below that with Luna and Usaki:

Act 37's "Festival of Fake Usagis"

Ami Usagi. She even managed to mimic Miyuu-Usagi's voice.
"This is [Sailor] Moon's pose." by Chisaki-san. How does it differ?

Mako Usagi.
Whilst saying, "Miyuu-san's going to get angry at me..." her every single action, "Is [being] Usagi-like, this?" lit the staff on fire.

Well then, the theory for these making-of pictures is to take them "stealthily." Something like, "Don't let the observer spot you." But at the set,  even though these are the types of shots you try to take,

[first picture]

Oh no, we were found out!
"What are you trying to shoot?"
The making of pictures. Please don't pay any attention...

[second picture]

"Harumph"
A strange face in opposition?
Well this won't be a good "making of" picture.

[third picture]

She's cute but it's no longer a candid photograph.

We're not allowed to distract the cast so this picture-taking venture had to coil its tail in defeat.

Box below that with some guy filming:

In charge of the cameras in Acts 37-42 is veteran Kamibayashi-san.

Kamibayashi-san is a virtuous person. He doesn't put on any airs.

"This is my first time working with SFX, so there are a lot of things I don't understand."
There are things that even this major vet doesn't know? Like what?
"Like, why are Metaria and the Ginzuishou linked?"

But, uh, that doesn't really have any connection to SFX know-how...

Final box with the silly dance photos:

In July, the bonus video [this'll be explained in a moment] "Let's dance together! Sailor Moon Super Dance Lesson" is coming out.

Just like the title says, Usagi and the rest will give dance lessons! Everyone, let's dance with her!

It'll have 4 tunes: "Kirari Sailor Dream," "C'est La Vie," "Here we go!" and "Romance" and it'll be 17 minutes long.

The details: it'll be available with the August issues of "Kindergarten," "Sprout," and "First Year Elementary School student." (Which will be on sale on July 1st.) (Please note that "Kindergarten" and "Prep School Learning Kindergarten" are different magazines.)

It was filmed at the same place as the "Special Live event" and you may be thinking to yourself, "Is this the live event?" but it's a completely different version. The 5/2 live appeared in Act 35 b...but! there were five things being filmed there got jumbled together. ([How] demonic.)

As you can see they're all kid's magazines that often give out Sailor Moon stuff. I've been way too embarrassed to ever buy one of those at Mitsuwa, but I guess I will in July.

For those who entered the MS Paint contest, I'll have the voting thread up in another day or two. I've temporarily opened our Creative Convention sub-forum to the public for a day or two; if you're interested in some music videos, take a look.
